Barnabas Ministries International is hosting a Pastoral Training & Development Seminar on March 4th & 5th. This seminar will consist of two days of intensive training for pastors and those who believe they may be called to become pastors in the future. It will provide them with the opportunity to glean wisdom and knowledge from more seasoned pastors while making Kingdom connections that will help and encourage them in their calling. Spouses are also encouraged to attend as we believe they have a special place and calling in the pastoral ministry as well. If you are planning to attend, please register by completing the form below by February 2, 2024. Space is limited, so registration will be limited to the first 50 who register.

Training Speakers
Rev. Mark Sarver
Pastor Mark Sarver and his wife, Dana, are pastors at Church on The Rock in Berea, Kentucky. They have pastored their church together for over 30 years. Pastor Sarver has ministered throughout the United States and the world. His weekly television broadcast ministry, “Inspire,” can be viewed nationally on the Faith TV Network.
Rev. Dana Sarver
Pastor Dana Sarver preaches, teaches, and ministers the Word of God with great passion and anointing. She has ministered in many states, as well as internationally. The purpose of her ministry is to speak the Word of God into the hearts of the audience with the Gospel message that heals the broken-hearted and sets the captives free. Pastor Dana is the founder and director of the media ministry, This Is Us, Real Women Real Life, Inc.
Rev. Joanne Jones
Pastor Joanne Jones has been in ministry for over 36 years as Co-Pastor at The River in Nortonville, Kentucky with an emphasis on education and ministry development. She has been Pastor/Director of the Damascus Road House Youth Center in Nortonville, Kentucky for 15 years.
Rev. J.C. Church
Pastor J.C. Church has a passion for leaders and leadership principles. He gives council and covering to many ministries and churches throughout the United States of America. He is President and CEO of 3 Cord Alliance which was created by a calling, validated from a vision, and launched from a longing to equip churches and ministries, engage culture, and empower leadership, for the purpose of community transformation. This three-part organization comes alongside other pastors to provide “hands on” mentorship, practical resources, and guidance. This ministry empowers the pastors to support and encourage their families, congregations, and communities to fulfill Christ’s purpose.
